Dear Kiran, My experience with Indigo is reasonably good and I have never booked assistance in advance. I have travelled all over India using their services and am not particularly unhappy. Of course, sometimes they do turn ridiculous by offering weelchair to blind people etc. but I suppose that happens all over the world as I was offered one in Newark.
With best wishes, Ketan On 7/11/13, Kiran Kaja <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear List Members, > > > > A quick question if I may.
