Subject: Re: [AI] Assistance on Indigo

I have used Indigo as well and find them extremely helpful. The Bangalore
Hyderabad sector is what I have used the most. I usually inform them in
advance about my requirement for assistance and they make a note of it and
offer the necessary help. Yes, they do offer a wheel chair, because in their
minds I suppose, that is the only kind of assistance a person with
disability would need. They are also the only people who have their in
flight services menu available in Braille.

You can go ahead and use them without any trouble I should think.

Subject: [AI] Assistance on Indigo

Dear List Members,

A quick question if I may. I will be doing some domestic air travel in India
in early November and one of the flights is likely to be with Indigo. This
would most likely be a flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Having not used
Indigo before, I am wondering if their assistance to blind passengers is
acceptable or not. Also, do I need to book assistance with them in advance?

Thanks for any inputs.

Regards,

Kiran
