all you have to do is call them 5 minuts before reaching the departure airport and tell them to send some1 at the entrence to get u. they will b with u till u sit in the plain. once inside, u just have to inform the flight atttendant that your gonna need the same assistance on reaching your destination. they themselves will call and inform the place of your arrival. you may be the last person to get off the flight, but u need not worry. they're very consistent with their services.
