In NVDA, we have object navigation, review cursor and carret, and of course
physical mouse. Suppose you want to click on close button on any windows say
ms word, from the num pad assume that you have turn off, press insert+up
arrow once, and then insert+right arrow few time until NVDA says "close
button" followed by insert+enter to click.

sir, what is the alternate of jaws and invisible cursore in NVDA? suppose I 
want to press the close button with a jaws cursore, I can easily do it. i 
could not find the same in NVDA.
