Review cursor is already always active.

You do not need to activate it as you do with jaws.

NVDA+arrow keys moves review cursor in current selected frame or as NVDA
calls it: inside the object.

By increasing definition of frame to whole window, SAME COMMANDS DO EXACTLY
WHAT JAWS CURSOR IS DOING.

WHEN YOU REACH ANY OF THE BUTTON WHICH NEED TO BE ACTIVATED, YOU CAN SIMPLY
PRESS NVDA+enter to activate the button under review cursor.

In addition to this NVDA also provides audio feedback of movement of actual
mouse pointer.

You can also route mouse pointer to review cursor or to the insersion
pointer. Then activate left or right mouse clicks.

With these tips, I would encourage you to go through the user manual which
describes all these featues very well.

There are also audio tutorials available for use of NVDA and link to these
can be found at nvaccess.org web site itself.

Thanks
Dipendra
