Vamshi To add to your argument I have had the displeasure to listen to a senior official tell me that he could not allow a certain change in system even though he knew it was legally right just because he didn't want people to say he was favouring us because he had a disabled son.
I have not been able to disclose the name because the son may be on this group and because the man has helped us in the past with other issues. It's sad that you may agree but wont do a thing to rectify the problem. Does anyone know what happened to the Delhi High Court judgement on this issue?
