the experience ou had deserves to be objected and reacted by all ways and means.
friend, by the way who had signed the certificte that you were carrying?
what was the objection raised?
did you ask for the name and designation of the officer there at  the
railway station?
next time, remember to put in your written complain at the station in
the box, if you have sighted friends along.
make an application under rti  to railways  asking for the requirement
of issuence of concession certificate for the blind.. ask for all the
requirements considering other persons experience.
after you get the reply, circulate  here on the list and we'll see
what can be done.
