In my view, you have not approached to appropriate authority. In stead of writing to Court of small causes, you should have written to the officer who is in charge of providing and ensuring facilities to the employees. This is legal duty of any establishment to provide and equip the establishment with assistive technology to make it congenial for persons with disabilities. I think the registrar of the court is the appropriate authority for this concern.
