Thank you India's future bureaucrat!
In fact, we need to overcome the conventional practice of clubbing the
problems face by persons with disabilities in the entire country.
And there has to be individualised,contextualised documentation from
different states.
States like Delhi, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and
Rajasthan may be serving persons with disabilities better while states
like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand, J&K, and Punjab may be
lacking far behind.
Disability advocacy and research both need a paradigm shift...
