But I would only advise to all those who are facing some or the other problem with banks, then please take the step of reaching out to Customner Cares, senior management like Chairman etc. Do reach out to Accessindians if your problems are not getting solved despite taking steps, may be we can help you in some or the other way.
While at the one hand NGOs or individuals do their hard work to convince the authorities about the issues faced, but at the other hand it is equally important to have the user demands and their voices reaching to the authorities for any NGO or individual to ask for solutions by way of circulars etc. And please, I know the issue like that of Chequebook etc is still unsolved.
