Sorry, there is no cookery book available especially for induction
cooktops. Its only a cooking instrument like gas burner.

Certainly, we can control the heat of an induction cooker.
1. To increase or decrease the heat: use plus or minus button.
2, set time: press timer button once, and use plus or minus button to increase
or decrease by one minute. Example to set 10 minute, press timer once, and
press plus 10 times.
3. To boil water: use full power of the induction cooker.
4. There is a special button for boiling milk.
5. Use a thicker pan with induction base to frying jobs. Warning, don't use
thinner steel pan for frying, oil may burn!
6. Temperature range of the induction cooker will be between 80 digree and 350
degree celcius.
7. Please refer a good cooking book to understand exact temperature for
different dishes.
