I don't think there is any accessibility/usability issue for Central 
Government vi employees.
These machines have a big slot where you have to  insert and remove your 
finger.  In my previous office, once the attendance is registered, I used to 
get an audio message "thank you", otherwise "please try again".
In the present office, I get two different beeps which serve the above 
mentioned purpose.
