hi, There is a bit confusion to me. The subject speaks about pdf file and some where it talks about ocr and jpg format. Let me clear as far as I know. 1. The pdf file may or may not be a scanned image (jpg) format. 2. If the pdf file is not a scan copy, then no need of ocr. 3. If the pdf file is a scanned copy, then ocr is the only option for accessibility. 4. if the ocr for the local language is not available, there is no way out. 5. Unfortunately, being a non Indian language speaker, I personally have no idea in which languages the ocr are available! 6. If there is no ocr in Malayalam, it must be developed That is the only solution. Thanks.
