Then I do not have Ghostscript. Where it can be found ? Will the decoding work with WinZip 7.0 ? If yes, how to do it? Please clarify. After this, load or view the decode file with a program like Ghostscript. -- ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 16 Sep 1999 11:14:09 +0530 From: "Fabian Brian. Rose" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: Our membership's unconscionable APATHY... Hi Mr. Barcena, Thanks for the eye opener. You see I agree with you when you say that it is Apathy. But I would like to add to what you have written. Picture this scenario, a person receives all this info about so and so closing down. It's a serous matter. Although I rarely access the net by email, I continue to remain subscribed to this list because it's a novel way to access the net. I have full access now and hence my usage has dwindled. That dosen't mean that I'm not interested, it's just that I have found a faster and more reliable way to fulfill my net needs :) And suppose I ever require to access by email, I always know what's going on as I am subscribed to this newsletter although I am not an active member. In fact I have been subscribed to this list since 1997, some time before you took over Gerry and Dr. Bob was looking after this list I think :) Now to come to the point, could one of you guys fix up a time or day when we should email the admins of the servers going down...in this case lizter :) There are conflicting views and only a few people are into the discussion and hence those that do not, have no idea what to do???? Whether we should email em or whether we should hold on...this hesitation leads to a general feeling of "APATHY" as you call it :) Hence please guys, Gerry, and all of you, tell us what must be done!!! There are just a few of you discussing this on the list but around 2000+ more off the list reading all this stuff and deciding the best course of action. Next, I feel that we must email them and FIRST of all THANK these guys for providing the service to us :) That template prepared by you Gerald is good! we can all use it to email them. I just hope that "2500 peices of email" won't be a bit too much for em to handle and crash their server 8-{ And hey Mr.Barcena, don't worry about arguements on this list, I believe it's filled with many many mature people who love accessing the net by email (until they get full acess *hahahahaha*) Warm regards from India!!! -- Fabian ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 16 Sep 1999 10:43:58 -0700 From: "Gerald E.
