Thanks for the test.
   From the test it seems that some PCI config registers are changed for two
PCI devices while the system is transited from legacy mode to ACPI mode(. One
is the 00:00:1f.0 LPC bridge and another is RTL8169 ethernet network.
   For the 00:00:1f.0 LPC bridge it is expected during the transition. But why
is the RTL8169 ethernet changed during the transition?

   Will you please try to disable some PCI devices in BIOS(For example:
RTL8169, SD/MMC controller, Wireless) and see whether the system can be resumed
very well?
   If the RTL8169 can't be disabled in BIOS, will you please not load the
device driver for it and see whether the system can be resumed?
