I have the same result, but I ,manually applied this patch to code. So
I put echo 25 > /proc/cmos , then echo mem > /sys/power/state , after that my
laptop suspended. I pushed power button, laptop started and restarted with
black screen (as usual :( ). So I took out accum and put again, switch on my
laptop and have cmos error. I pushed F2 for continue and when system was loaded
put - 

cat /proc/cmos
mcount=0, time=0

so it's all....
