I agree pretty much with what Kiewitz said. I throw in a couple extra comments:
1) I'm not a lawyer and I doubt that Mr. Steenhaut is, either. Discussions of what is
or is
not legal do not, I think, belong in a technical mailing list.
2) I put up the testcase kernels, not "Big Blue." If you think I'm doing it for no
good reason,
you must be pretty thick. Obviously, I have reasons, as do the people using that
kernel flavor. As you were being snotty, I will not explicate further.
