I am still having trouble with my installation... After spending over half a day trying to get Active4D to work, I've given up.
As I mentioned before, I have 4D Server 2003 running on OSX. I have downloaded and installed Active4D 3.0b15 for the 4D Web Server.
I have also downloaded Pseudo and launched 4D Server through this in order to be able to use Port 80 for the web server.
I have installed the Active4D menu bar item.
I am now accessing the database using 4D Client, also on OSX.
When I go to the Active4D menu item and select Preferences I get a series of error messages:
In the A4D_Prefs method, I get "field, variable or table expected" and "argument types incompatible" amongst others, in the part which says...

BTW: Is this the best place to ask questions, or is there a separate support list?
