The method _looks_ to be properly syntaxed.
Just in case, have you made sure the table name doesn't have any gremlins in it? 4D itself might be ok with it, i.e. the method would tokenize in the method editor, but A4D or the plug-in API might not. Insider has been known to do weird things, such as adding garbage to object names, when moving objects into databases.
