Kirk,
You've made a great choice looking into Active4D for your more demanding web
application. To answer your question, fusebox can 'run' under OSX because it
isn't an application itself but a web development framework that Aparajita
has kindly implemented in Active4D. If you've visited the various fusebox
sites you are probably seeing many Coldfusion code examples. It is not the
code itself (which can and is being done in Active4D), but the framework,
methodology, and site structure that actually 'is' fusebox. Aparajita has
provided the fusebox core files on his website and will be providing some
examples to highlight the effectiveness of using Active4D to implement
fusebox designed sites. I know this may sound confusing at first because it
was to me. But once you get the 'Ahah!, you'll never doubt your choice.
Stick to it and ask a lot of question, that's what this forum is her for.
Welcome.
