I did have Active4D.bundle in the Mac4DX folder. Our application worked except that Active 4D timed out.

Then I moved the plugins to the Plugins folder in <app>/Contents/ Plugins. The application worked except that Active 4D timed out.

I have also tried our OEM key in the other places indicated in the Reference manu. But still Active 4D times out.

When you build a runtime application on Mac OS X, assuming you correctly merged Active4D with your app, the key file goes here:

<app>/Contents/Plugins/Active4D.bundle/Contents/Resources/<key>
