How do you configure the Apache site (I assume this using the
default port 80)
How do you configure the 4D site (I assume it is listening on a
separate port 8080?)
In your Apache calls, how are you making calls to the .a4d pages, etc.
You proxy calls to .a4d pages to 4D. Details are on the wiki:
