Hi Aparajita,

there are generated, because in the moment they have another firm which does the front end. I´m only sending the PDF for the street.

I have looked at your docu and found that there should be the hex value of US ascci. Then I looked at the result of your functions in my other apps for the special chars and found the ISO 8859-1 Latin Alphabet 1 in the Web. I told them the Hex values for the ä,ü,ö,ß. So If they find in their PHP world no tools to do that, they are able to do it themselves.

Many thanks for your help
Norbert

I have often used the command "build query string" in my apps. Now I have a client who links to me with parameters. I tested everything witzh the creation of the document, but when umlauts are in the parameters I get no correct parameters for my following query..
The client aks now how to encode the parameters?

A example link would be -> abfallkalender.host.de/ladePDF.a4d? strasse=Bürgerweg

Unfortunately I`m not able to just say to the client to use "build query string" ;-)

Are the links generated programmatically or are they static links? If they are static, you can use 'build query string' yourself and then send them the resulting query string.
