Aparajita, Couple of questions:
1) In light of the fact that upgrades are not included in any of the plans can you define what would be classed as an upgrade. i.e. will version 4.6 be an upgrade (and subsequent cost per server) or a "bug fix" version.
2) Hotfixes - what's you definition of a hotfix version? How quickly will it be available and how long before an official bug fix version?
Anyway I would possible consider Premium support but likely the cost will be passed onto my clients. If they want immediate support from me (and subsequently me from you) then they will have to pay for it.....
Unfortunately from your both our points of view, my existing clients using Active 4D, have informed me that there will be no upgrades until a v11 compatible version of A4D is available.

Second, a growing number of users are not renewing their licenses -- which is understandable, since most of them require little or no support.
Does this not mean their server has to be restarted every 8 hours....I was under the assumption that the renewal each year was a requirement.
