We also like the new strategy. We would charge the clients for the deployment fee, and build in the premium (2 of them) support to our consulting fee structure (per year amount of X).
You mention that hotfixes and bugfixes are only under the Supreme option. I assume that any deployment would get these (e.g. 4.5.0 -> 4.5.1), right? The thing they would have to pay for is upgrades: 4.5.0 -> 4.6.0. Can you clarify this?
