Currently, as long as they continue to pay the yearly license fee ($130) they're entitled to support and upgrades. Will this be discontinued? If so, at what time? Will you give advance notice so they can upgrade before the changes take effect? (I have a client that hasn't yet upgraded to version 4, but has been keeping their license up to date with the idea that at some point they will.)
