The problem is... they still aren't working.  As I indicated in my last mail, 
$2 in OWC contains:

GET /index.asp?client_ip=10.0.0.104 HTTP/1.1
Host: v11.willsub.com
Accept...
<snip>

Which does show the host header correctly. But though the rest of the page is 
processed correctly (the one in the wrong directory!), virtualhosts.ini appears 
to be ignored and <%dump request info%> shows nothing.

Doh! I can't believe I didn't notice that before. No wonder you weren't getting 
the hostname. That certainly would account for the named virtual hosts not 
working.
