On the 9x boxes in the Network Properties under the Access Control tab
specify to use User-Level access control and Obtain a list of users and
groups from your netbios domain name. I am assuming you configured the
Microsoft Network properties to log on to a Windows NT domain and specified
your netbios domain name.
Remember these machines do not 'join' the netwerk, they only access it.

Server, DHCP Server, WINS Server to be Windows 2000
DC, before and after installation of 'dsclient.exe'.
The workstation can not log in to domain. Anyway I
