Somchai, this is almost always an IP property problem on the client. I
have never used the dsclient but am inclined to advise you to uninstall it
just until you have proven connectivity without it. You do not need it for
basic connectivity to the AD. Anyway, my advice:
(this assumes you are running dhcp and dns on your DC)
Uninstall all protocols, leave only the adapter if possible and the msclient
and reboot.
Install the IP protocol and leave dhcp checked. Make sure no other entries
exist in IP properties. (this is almost always the culprit - left over dns
or wins entries. Is there a phantom hosts or lmhost file you need to kill?)
Reboot.

This machine is used in NT domain before. It is the
first machine of Win9x client to Win2k network.
The NIC is 3Com which is compatilble for Windows OS.
