9x boxes can not be controlled by GPO you must use system policies to
control the 9x and NT 4 machines. The role of the dsclient is too allow 9x
and NT 4 boxes search capabilities and a couple of more functions in AD. In
other words it will allow 9x boxes to search active directory... You cannot
create computer accounts for 9x machines. Please refer to Microsoft's web
site for more info on the dsclient.
