[ActiveDir] DOS PC connect to a Windows 2000 AD site?

I have a DOS PC that I want to be able to connect to a Windows 2000 AD site.
Is this possible?  Also, does anyone know of a way through Group policies to
get rid of the Quicklaunch toolbar?
