One of the main advantages of the AD is the enhanced facilities for
Exchange. You can certainly rollout AD without E2K but you would need to
examine the pros and cons of doing so. For instance, MS will stop shipping
Exchange 5.5 and if this catches you in the middle of rollout,that might
cause a problem. If you are starting a rollout now, I would certainly go for
W2K/E2K together - no question!
