AD does not provide a "Call-out" facility to do what you are asking, nor
(IMHO) should it. You can get notified shortly after the fact, but not "in
stream" with the event. Think about it - AD is a distributed, replicated
system - every replica would need to "know" about the event sink. Moreover,
in the event of a network partition, you cannot be assured that the
undesirable information will not be written to a replica in the partitioned
area.
