Im going to design new AD and I red on the Internet that the namespace of AD should be diferent from Internet FQDN

There is no reason that your AD name cannot be a Fully Qualified Internet domain name.  A lot of consultants would encourage you to use a domain name that you can and will register with InterNIC/ICANN.  This is only touching on the basics though.  There are a lot of other things that you need to take into consideration with your design of your Active Directory.  Does this answer your question though?

Are there any arguments why the FQDN for AD should not to be name space in Internet such domain.com or domain.net, but domain.local or domain.intra ?
