  Yes, I first put the setting on each OU that I thought would need it.
When That didn't work,
I went to the domain level GP, and enabled the setting there.  WHen I went
to test it out, nothing
still happened.  I then went and undid the setting for the intial OUs, the
non domain level ous.
Still nothing.

I'll have to recheck everything you guys have been telling me, sorry I just
replied, but yesterday was
really busy.
