Cool technology, but one does not just drop in the CD, click a few buttons, connect A to B, then begin the transactions. Given your tagline, I suspect they are wanting to look at it for the HIPAA module(s) that MS offers to do transactions in lieu of EDI - which isn't as ubiquitous (or nearly as secure) as the medical/insurance industry needs it to be. At a 50,000 foot level, BizTalk is Microsoft's server for creating business logic and rules in XML, and allowing it to communicate across the common communication verbs that is XML, SOAP, etc. With all due respect, Justin - (there may be one here, I don't know) you need to find an expert on BizTalk and the medical industry. This one's a REAL toughy! I'd run away very fast if at all possible.
