Ok to be more helpful, IIS 6 is more than a few cosmetic changes in the way things work so I suspect it will be somewhere between impossible and difficult to extract it and make it work on another platform.   To answer the other question i saw get posted, I really don't think there will be a supported way of getting it on W2K.
