[ActiveDir] AD Sites and Services Error

All,   I am trying to add a new site within AD and every time I add a new site with in AD Sites and Services the MMC window completely closes. I open it back up and the site is created, but the server container underneath it is not created. This happens on several DC's within in AD. When I try and create anything with in AD Sites and Services the MMC window closes. I have rebooted and reloaded SP3 and I am still having the same problem. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so how did you fix it?   Thanks for Your Help, Brandon
