I installed the AdminPak on Win2k Pro, and was able to add the Site. Thanks! I am still concerned with the MMC on the DC's that are not working properly for adding sites. Any idea on how to fix the DC's? Guess I need to start digging for answers. Thanks for all the help!

Yep - OK - I can understand that then.
Can you install AdminPak on a Win2k Pro or WinXP, and then do the maint from there? An MMC issue can be very tough to track down, and it sounds like you need to get this done now.
