Brandon,
I've seen MMC issues that were caused by third
party apps. You should pick one of the DCs to t-shoot on. On
that DC try disabling third party services or removing apps one by
one. Try opening the MMC after disabling a service or
removing an app until you are able to pinpoint the cause. I've
seen norton antiv corp edition 7.6 cause the processor to run at 100% after
opening the dsa.msc, so if you are running it you may want to start
troubleshooting by removing it. Look for common apps that exist on all the
DCs.
