Is the app working on other machines? I would tend to
think this is more likely to be the result of a code bug (passing an invalid
handle to the thread constructor etc.) than a machine
limitation.
What version of Windows are you trying to run this
on? Is this a NET app or not? If you re running on w2k3, is the app
compatible with that platform? I've seen a couple of apps that couldn't
run on Windows 2003.
