Al is right - again :( What you need to do for this user is look in the User's properties, on the Email Addresses tab, uncheck the option that says "Automatically update e-mail addresses......." Then, whatever you set as PRIMARY will remain there forever. Sincerely,

Just because you changed it, doesn't mean it takes effect immediately. However, whatever the primary address is, that's what should be sent as the from address field. If it's not in your case, you may have to wait for a process to update, such as the RUS process. If you want to have a user send as somebody else on a regular basis (they flip back and forth between addresses for some reason) then you need an alternate method. Is this the case?
