Where do you go to add more CALS? I looked in the licensing in control panel and on the one in the Administrative Tools and I don’t see it.

Yes they do. Every user who connects to SQL must have a CAL, regardless of whether or not they're connected:
You have five users:
Bill Bob Mary Jane Sue
You own three user cals and one sequel box:
Your five users connect in this order:
Mary Sue Bob Jane Bill
The first three are given access and assigned a cal. The last two are denied access until you do one of the following:
revoke two of the first three's cals (now they can't get in) Buy more user cals and assign them to the server
If you buy a processor license, every user in your wan can connect. You cannot have external users (random joe's on the net) access the server ntil you buy an external connector which is like a super cal for all anonymous users on the net.
This make sense?
