Please can you tell me what citrix is? I read on thier website but couldn't exactly understand it, I have errors in the event viewer about DCOM not available, in the KB it says this error appears because of citrix, I know all the machines on the network and never installed something like that, so is it like oracle? how could I have a problem because of it if I never installed it?
