[ActiveDir] Domain Rename Issue

Hi All, We have two Domains. 1) ABC.com 2) XYZ.com   I have been given a task to either Migrate all the users of XYZ.com to ABC.com or somehow make XYZ.com a child domain of ABC.com.   Can we use "Domain Rename" utility to Rename XYZ.com to "Child.ABC.com" and create a trust rlationship between these.   Regards, Jaspreeet
