I've got a bunch of their Matrix C2 switches, and they're working pretty well.  The config commands are easier than Cisco to achieve comparable settings, and the default QOS settings work perfectly with our VOIP.  I plan to add more of them next year; they're a good value for the money.

Subject: [ActiveDir] OT: Enterasys vs Cisco

Hi –

Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Enterasys networking equipment? We are planning to go with Cisco, but some Enterasys sales folks promise twice the performance at half the price. (ok, maybe not quite that good but….)

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
