I have installed ActiveState perl 5.8.1 onto a solaris 8 server.
The script I am running on it is one that creates 300-500 threads.
For some reason, the script just stops running and I cannot work out why.
The system is set up to produce a core dump file and I have tested this by kill -4 a running process.
When my script stops, there is no core file produced.
Please could anyone who can, advuse me how I can find out why this is happening.
