If it's pure perl, you can just D/L it from CPAN and ungzip it with
WinZip and copy the IP.pm module to .../site/lib/NetAdmin/IP.pm
Or you can use the CPAN module to help :
perl -MCPAN -e shell; # interactive mode
If you have to deal with XS modules, you'll be needing a compiler and
a lot of luck.
