Hi, I want to create Windows executables with perlapp and distribute them to others. I heard that the code is "somehow protected" but what does this mean?
How hard is to break that protection and find the code? Is the code kept in memory from where it can be dumped? Can it be found in clear there? If yes, is it possible at least to put the file perl58.dll separately (not in the executable), but to make it have another name like guilib32.dll or something randomly chosen, for not letting the others that the program is made in Perl? Or do you have another "code security tips"? Thank you.
