Hello Jeff,

Technically everything can be decompiled, even C. I guess the difference is that you need the super crackers to read assembly, while half-baked crackers can actually have a shot at reversed intermediate code (ie. Java, C#, Flash). pp is excellent as a free .exe compiler, but it will really not give the product developer a good sleep.

Give us the spiel on how PerlApp makes the difference Jeff!

I think they have not woken up yet. Anyway the question has been asked so many times you can actually Goggle the answer.

We're awake! Well, I am, Gisle is for sure because he's in Norway, but perhaps Jan isn't yet ( or maybe he's snowboarding today ).

As for the rest of the content in this thread, my only comment is that it is possible to de-compile most things, even C++:

Currently I would say we're ahead of the game in that I know of no published cracking methods for PerlApp'd code. I don't read Russian though. =)

cheers, JeffG
